Winter Bathing and Primitive Sauna
We will enjoy the cold gus, and get warm in our self-built sauna/sweat lodge with scents selected from the gusmaster.
- Learn how to build a sauna at the water's edge.
- Learn from get to grips with breathing.
- Learn the proper knots, materials and construction for bushcraft.
- Get an experience along the Danish coast.
Coffee, tea and snacks are included.
